The sooner, the better — to ensure availability for your event date!
We have a set stock that gets booked as clients place their orders, so the earlier you reserve, the better your chances of securing what you need.
Fortunately, most of our clients plan ahead and make their reservations well in advance.

The reservation is confirmed with a payment of 30% of the amount indicated in the quote as “total + deposit”.
The deposit is an amount listed at the end of the quote and should not be considered an expense, as it is refunded after the equipment is returned and checked, provided everything is in good condition.
In the event of any loss or damage, the replacement cost will be deducted from this amount.
At the time of collection, our delivery staff, together with the client or a designated person, will count the items and check their condition.
In case of loss or damage, the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit paid by the client.
What if the replacement cost exceeds the deposit amount?
An invoice will be issued for the remaining amount, which the client will be required to pay.
Questions about the service
The transportation fee is calculated based on distance, which is why we always request the full event address.
Absolutely! There’s no problem, but please keep two very important things in mind:
- You must have a vehicle large enough to transport the entire order.
- The vehicle must be secure to ensure that the equipment arrives undamaged at the event location.
All items are delivered clean and ready for use, and we collect them dirty, stored exactly as delivered.
“Dirty” means unwashed but free of food or drink residue.
Upon delivery, our staff will explain to the client how the equipment should be prepared for collection. That’s why it’s essential for the client or an authorized person to be present both at delivery and pickup.
At both delivery and collection, KAVA staff and the client must verify that all equipment is accounted for. If anything is missing or damaged, it must be recorded on the delivery note and signed by both the driver and the client.
The client is responsible for any loss or damage to the rented equipment, including theft, whether it occurs at the event location or during transport to another venue. Clients should ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage.
KAVA delivers and collects the rental items but does not handle setup or breakdown of the event.
When our staff arrives for collection, the items must be ready and stored just as they were delivered.
Orders are delivered and collected Monday through Friday.
